The hotel is in a great location with friendly helpful staff. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast has a very good range of different food available excellently prepared and set out. Overall, the hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, and Metz is a lovely city.
The rooms are a bit small for a 4-star hotel.

excellent central spot for exploring charming metz
during my stay, I found the breakfast to be great and the staff incredibly friendly, making it a lovely base for exploring Metz's beautiful landmarks like Eglise Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption just a short stroll away and the stunning Centre Georges Pompidou less than 2 km away, which makes this hotel a fantastic choice for anyone who enjoys weekend city strolls.

The central location makes accessing the city center a breeze, and the spacious room included a safe and a fridge with complimentary water, adding a nice touch. However, the breakfast area felt cramped for the number of guests, leading to long lines at the only coffee machine, which hindered the overall experience. While everything else was well-maintained, the parking situation requires careful consideration, especially for those with mobility issues, as the nearest public parking involves a challenging walk with several stairs.

I had a great night's sleep in an incredibly comfortable bed, and I appreciated having a kettle and fridge in my room to unwind after exploring the city. The hotel also offers excellent relaxation options like a peaceful courtyard and a cozy lounge area, perfect for chilling out. One minor downside was that I had to climb a few stairs with my luggage upon arrival, but it was totally worth it to stay in such a charming place. 😊
